Martin Billingham

Martin Billingham is a Newmedia artist, his work crosses boundaries between art, psychology, sociology and    computer science. In July 2011, Martin exhibited some of his interactive art in London.

In this show, Martin is exhibiting his photographic series ‘Misplaced Memory'. Created using chemical deterioration on photographs, his aim is to represent the organic nature of memory and to evoke the quixotic sensation of trying and failing to recapture a memory in it's original state.
